Pranshu Shrivastav Credits ‘Struggling’ Days for Success Today

Pranshu Srivastava is a successful director ,writer and actor, He has won awards for movies like “Sakha”, “Desire” “inside ” stithpragya and many more which not only won the hearts of viewers but also won awards from Asia’s biggest film project “India film project IFP” He has also done many commercials, and music albums and is well established in bollywood and now is focussing on upcoming project “Perspective”.his next feature film .

He is from a simple middle class family where he is a first child and both the parents are teachers and used to live in “SAGAR” , away from BHOPAL. Where he has always been active in many cocurricular activities but after being bullied he left participating in any other activities and was always under confident. Some years passed and suddenly while he was in class 10th a audiation was conducted and on that audition even after being under confident, he rushed for the audition and got selected and his confidence got boosted when the next day his image got printed in the first page article. Still being from a family where education is the prime most important thing he further moved to Bhopal and continued to prepare for engineering’s admission, then moved ahead to indore and took admission in engineering and studied there for two years but being fascinated by movies he chose to drop out his career. Meanwhile his friends-Anud Singh Dhaka from bhopal also drooped his engineering from Jaipur and Fortunately they choose to be roommate in Mumbai and started struggling together and expanded they social circle and soon his friend Anud Singh Dhaka got internship in movie Phantom and they started exceeding there social circle, then life was going well and he got an chance attended birthday party of “Anushka Sharma”in sunny sound studio where he has seen many actors and he was feeling blessed also meanwhile in the same party, he met Anurag Kashyab and discussed his idea about getting into bollywood industry and amazed with his meeting and decided to be director.

Having such great motivation motivated him so much and the next day while he was trying to create a new way into his journey, suddenly he got allergic to certain medicine that ended up having a fear and panic attack, which made him travel back to hometown.

Then after a long way of recovery in hometown, he started his career again and this time as an director and he received third position across asia for Chitra bharti award from which has been given by Madhur Bhandarkar, then he started getting commercial projects.

Then he decided to be an independent movie maker and started with a feature film but were lagging for funds and somehow with group of friend they completed movie but then they struggle so hard to get it launched and showed it to Amir Khan production and they just wished all the best and denied for further involvement, co-star Preksha commited suicide, which was a shock, while he was moving back on track to launch movie, suddenly another costar Saleem Raj died due to COVID, which was another shocking experience, Somehow he recovered from all these and launch his MOVIE SAKHA in OTT platform and it wons heart of millions and soon after that Aamir khan’s production team called and congratulated him.

So His journey has never been easy but yes he is still exploring more and more
