A Delhi customer received a compensation of Rs. 70000 from the brand after his complaint of being served a burger with live insects in it. Sandeep Saxena, who lives in east Delhi, had gone to the McDonald’s outlet at GIP Mall and ordered a McAloo Tikki Burger. After the first bite, he realized there was an insect in the burger.
