Mehak Mushtaq: This is Mehak Mushtaq Daughter of Mushtaq Ahmad shah I m from palhallan pattan district Baramulla Kashmir. I have completed my 12th class examination and know I am waiting for my results.
Mehak Mushtaq: From last 6 years I m in this martial field firstly I play the district level after that state and national and I have many districts and my inspiration is jhonsena Bruce Lee and Roman Reings because that very time I was just watching wrestling WWE.
Mehak Mushtaq: I have a lot of interest in sports even I am going to start my career In sports after 12th I will do the bpe Bachelors of physical education I have participated in khelo India state level football championship and I have participated in 5 days trekking at Gulmarag I got the best trekker award.
Mehak Mushtaq: If I will talk about training I got the only 3 days practice in 2016 after that I practice hard I was the watching the videos of Bruce Lee and other rustlers And know present I m learning the martial at Black cat first martial arts academy pattan I m working there as a female coach.
Mehak Mushtaq: My main motive is to become a athlete firstly I will be the physically fit nd also mentally fit and I want to become a best player In the world because I have a lot of interest in sports I want to something new in my life.
Mehak Mushtaq: Of course kashmiri girls face many problems many hardships when they want to show their talent Many questions arrives in our society when a girl want to do the anything like Singing dancing and also sports etc.
Mehak Mushtaq: Firstly my parents My sister and brother My teachers friends and all they sport me every time I want to thanks all especially Govt higher secondary school pattan for sporting me in this field And also thank you so much JD Master.
Mehak Mushtaq: My strength is my confidence because if someone tell me u r going to world champion but u have win Gold medal for our country I will definitely I have a much more confidence.
Mehak Mushtaq: My message is which I want to convey for our youth especially women if I talk about my Kashmir valley Here are much more talent Here are hidden talent just come-out and show your talent In every field if u are interesting in sports dancing singing bla bla just show your talent Don’t fear believe yourself and let’s do it my message is for parent just sport your Daughters Don’t stop them let them go where they want to choose their field just fully sport them.
